**The Role**:
McCann Worldgroup seeks an **Account Director of Business Leadership** to be responsible for the relationship between the agency and day-to-day clients, providing strategic guidance to clients, managing the account team's performance, and cultivating strong client relationships to encourage new and repeat business. The Account Director demonstrates thinking across the client's line of business and not just on their teams' assigned projects. They act as a trusted advisor and partner to the client. The Account Director has expert marketing skills, the ability to anticipate needs is an experienced executor, and can confidently express and author informed opinions.
