**Long story short, you will**:
As an Account Manager, you will manage our casino aggregation clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. Acting as the main point of contact, you will ensure the unique needs of our clients are met and exceeded. You will leverage customer analytics to tailor services, identify market trends, and drive client performance. Your role involves collaborating with internal teams during sales meetings, maintaining a deep understanding of our Casino products, and continuously improving the client journey.
**All the responsibilities we will trust you with**:
- Take full ownership of managing client relationships, serving as the front-facing first point of contact.
- Act as the primary contact for multiple clients within Casino Operations (casino aggregation clients) ensuring their unique needs are met and exceeded.
- Utilize insights from customer analytics to tailor services to their specific needs, identify market trends and opportunities to boost our clients' performance.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial Managers and Product Owners to assist clients in understanding our offerings during sales meetings.
- Keep comprehensive knowledge of our company's products and services, focused on Casino,
- Devise and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing the client journey and overall experience and improve service quality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions in alignment with customer needs and objectives.
- Contribute to defined KPIs by tracking and forecasting key account metrics, communicating progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively and continuously identify areas for improvement in procedures and processes
**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:
- Proven experience in an account management or sales role
- Experience in igaming industry and understanding of the casino platform, including knowledge of its various products, functions and their connections is a must
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively influence
- Strong data-driven approach with a focus on client solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines;
- Familiarity with CRM and PMO tools like JIRA and Zoho is a plus.
