You will act as a liaison between your assigned customers and the Operations team to ensure a high-quality experience while building and maintaining strong relationships.Responsibilities:Act as a liaison between customers and the Operations team.Ensure a high-quality experience for customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.Minimum Requirements:Previous experience as an Account Manager is a must.Courier or call-center experience is a plus.Delivery driver experience is a plus.Available shift: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm (EST).Proficiency in English is a must.Candidates must be able to work in the Eastern Time Zone (EST).
