ACES Program Manager - FC Learning, Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES)As the Learning Program Manager for Fulfillment Centers (FCs), you will be the guardian of quality training at Earth's most customer-centric company! More specifically, you will be responsible for the creation and adoption of associate Training content and programs at Amazon's First Mile network.As the Program Manager, you will be accountable for the program's roadmap, planning cycles, financial entitlement, strategy, structure, and content.
