OverviewJP Medicals Recruitment, a leading NHS healthcare recruitment agency is currently recruiting a dedicated Anaesthetic practitioner – Team Leader (Nurse) with HCPC registration to work in regular and flexible shifts at The Highfield Hospital.Enjoy working with a leading recruitment agency with exclusive benefits, competitive pay, and top-class customer service.Job DescriptionTo provide planned care for patients undergoing anaesthetic and surgical procedures.To assist in the management of work as required.To assist in the supervision, leadership and training of the theatre team when required.To help and support the patient prior to surgery, preparing a wide range of specialist equipment and drugs, including anaesthetic machines, intravenous equipment, and devices that safely secure the patient's airway during anaesthesia. During the surgical procedure, the anaesthetic practitioner will also provide essential support between the surgical team and other parts of the operating theatre and hospital.
