Inviting applications for the role of Procurement Analyst, Master Shopper!
As a Procurement Sr Analyst, you will focus on finding the best suppliers to support our business needs.
In this role, when we need to order materials from a vendor, you will issue a detailed purchase order outlining the price of the materials and the delivery timeline set in the contract.
Responsibilities
Good understanding of PR to PO creation, PO amendments, Helpdesk query resolution, etc.
Validate Review Quote and Supporting Documentation attached in the Purchase Requisition.
Perform Compliance check and Create Purchase Orders in the relevant system.
Resolve Queries related to Vendor, PO Amendment, Training, Finding right approver.
Effectively manage internal/external customers on queries related to Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, How to Submit Invoices, etc.
received via Email or Phone.
Follow-up with suppliers and internal stakeholders to get the resolution via Helpdesk ticketing system.
Perform all duties within assigned timeline and effectively communicate progress of assigned tasks.
Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications we seek in you!
3-5 years of basic transactional procurement experience.
Understanding of complete procurement cycle will be an added advantage.
Hands-on experience on Coupa (preference)/ARIBA or similar systems for procurement/CRM tools.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Other important skill set
Excellent communication is key to this role – Both written and verbal.
Should reflect great enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
Adapt to Globalized work culture and environment.
Basic negotiation skills.
Good problem-solving ability using rationale and wisdom.
Should be a great team player with a high engagement level.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Language:
Portuguese and English.
