As a Junior Partner Marketing Manager, www.displ.com you will be responsible to work closely with existing DISPL partners to ensure they are successfully onboarded, well-acquainted with all DISPL materials, and engaged in co-marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Onboarding Partners: Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring they complete all necessary training and understand how to use DISPL tools and resources effectively. Develop and execute partner marketing strategies to drive their growth and engagement. Material Acquaintance: Familiarize partners with all DISPL marketing and sales materials, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all partner communications and materials. Co-Marketing Campaigns: Be in charge of launching and executing co-marketing campaigns with partners, including blog posts, webinars, newsletters, and social media content. Organize and participate in partner events, webinars, and other promotional activities. Relationship Management: Maintain strong, positive relationships with partners, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Performance Tracking: Track partner onboarding progress and campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports and insights to the team. Help partners with presenting results of pilot projects to their clients. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving the partner onboarding process and co-marketing strategies. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop joint value propositions and marketing materials. Required Skills and Experience: Fluency in Spanish and English is required (fluency in Portuguese would be a significant advantage) Organization and Structure: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a structured approach to work. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
