JOB DESCRIPTION
Management of metering systems, in accordance with ANP Technical Regulation for Oil and Natural Gas Metering, ISO 10012 and other related standards and regulations.
Industrial automation and instrumentation systems related to flow measurement such as PLC, flow computer, exlerate, Delta V, flowmeters and transmitters (desired).
Planning, controlling, and monitoring the execution of technical tasks, such as calibrations, inspections and corrective maintenance, as well as technical support on the metering systems for the units.
Establish an accurate monitoring system for the Metering Management System performance, identifying and implementing proper KPIs for continuous enhancement.
Ensure operational continuity of critical equipment and systems while promoting cost-efficient operation and maintenance by working closely with offshore maintenance teams.
Development, implementation, and planning of projects related to the Fiscal Measurement area in any unit.
Investigate failures and incidents, performing root cause analysis, and preparing work packs, technical reports, documentations, and maintenance procedures.
Conduct internal audits, represent SBM on external audits, create and execute action plans to correct any nonconformities.
Ensure metering activities are completed in compliance with applicable policies, codes, standards, and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
University Bachelor level degree in Mechanical | Chemical | Electrical or Control & Automation Engineering.
Desirable 5 years' experience in oil & gas, petrochemical or refinery in fiscal metering.
Advanced English.
Availability to work in Santos-SP.
