As we continue to scale, we're looking for an Associate Recruiter in Brazil to play a key role in shaping our hiring efforts across diverse teams.
In this role, you'll take ownership of sourcing, screening, and coordinating top-tier talent while contributing to a seamless recruitment process that reflects our company's values.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
Support hiring managers in creating job descriptions and understanding job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Assist in the maintenance of candidate records and the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Communicate effectively with candidates, team members, and stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.
Adhere to Brazilian labor laws, ensuring all hiring practices align with compliance requirements.
Provide support in onboarding new hires and assist with HR administrative tasks as needed.
Minimum Requirements:

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Basic understanding of Brazilian labor laws and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Portuguese.
Experience with ATS tools.
Previous experience or internships in HR or recruiting.
Passion for people and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
