As a B2B Ecommerce Manager for the Americas (hybrid role), you will partner with the ecommerce, sales, IT, operations, finance and other teams to shape the E-commerce functionalities. This is one of our most important regions; you will drive online sales to the highest level! In this role, you will report to the Head of Digital Sales and Customer Engagement.
You Will Make an Impact By: Lead E-commerce for all Americas markets, with (limited) P&L responsibility for the region. Key markets include but are not limited to USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina.Be a change manager. Train, convince, advocate management, colleagues and customers about the benefits of digital transformation.Act as a product owner and drive the digital sales platforms forward based on your regions' requirements.Achieve ambitious growth targets by driving KPIs such as customer onboarding, order volumes, revenue, customer satisfaction.Build strong relationships with regional business and sales teams.Support and actively contribute to the global E-commerce vision.Be a part of a global and cross-functional team; work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance departments.Improve customer satisfaction by understanding the customers' needs and translating them into winning functionalities.Support the Director, Digital Sales and Customer Engagement, Global and the rest of the ECOM team in building regional organization, skills & capabilities.Currently this role has no direct reports.Skills You Bring: University degree, preferably in business management, marketing, data science or similar degree.10+ years of applicable experience.Sales background with strong understanding of the latest relevant technologies (ecommerce, CRM, customer service).5+ years of experience in building a B2B or B2C E-commerce platform and team.Fluent English, both written and spoken.Ability to present at the highest level of the organization.Ability to work with a global team within several timezones.Preferred Skills: Ability to independently develop and execute regional E-commerce strategy.Proven experience with all aspects of a (digital) B2B customer journey.Exposure to product roadmap definition and agile development.Demonstrate strong ownership and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical and negotiation skills (you should be able to convince and work with multicultural stakeholders), P&L experience preferred.Exposure to E-commerce platforms and relevant technology, awareness of new tech trends.Capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization.We are looking forward to your application!
