Back End Developer

Must Haves:3+ years of back-end development experienceExperience with PySpark on the backendDatabricksTableauMicroStrategyDay-to-Day:Insight Global is looking for two software developers to join the analytics organization at a global health solutions company. These candidates will be joining a development team that is focused on optimization and creating decision-based databases. The day-to-day will consist of 90% core development and 10% of the time will be spent in team meetings and other activities.The technologies within the team's space are Palantir Foundry, Databricks, and Tableau. Two of the development resources will be focused on front-end development with TypeScript, while the other two resources will be focused on back-end development in PySpark. This is a fully remote, year-long contract.Compensation: $2700 to $3800 USD per month. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
