As a **Business Development Specialist**, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with clients, and provide high-level quality service for famous IT companies from all over the world.
**What you need**:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Account Management, Service Delivery, Project Management.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and prioritize tasks.
**What you will be doing**:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with customers and partners.
- Conduct meetings with clients.
- Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
- Assist in writing commercial proposals and developing sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
- Provide consistent, accurate and timely bi-weekly sales lead generation activity reports to management.
- Provide feedback from key stakeholders about customer needs.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
