Our knowledge, solution design experience, and installed infrastructure give our customers the confidence and capability to extend their supply chains from emerging production areas to key commercial markets.As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will use your strong attention to detail to meet all Service Level Agreements (SLA) to customers of OIA. With a focus on customer experience, you will closely monitor services and report any potential shortfalls to your direct Supervisor while ensuring smooth communication between office operations, staff and management. Your positive attitude and solution-oriented approach will allow you to provide exceptional customer service to all clients.Duties and Responsibilities:Process and monitor open orders for various accounts daily, paying close attention to the SLA ensuring all commitments are adhered to.Route EDI orders and generate ASN's daily for EDI clients.Create BOL for all truck shipments.Manually create pick tickets.Create, improve, process, track, and audit relevant internal processes in our freight management system.Close out all truck shipments systematically.Coordinate truck shipments and provide delivery quotes to customers.Print UPC labels for product based on customers request.Monitor aging and collections statuses and prepare related reports.Provide weights and dimensions to the client for all pack/hold shipments.Update daily shipping logs.Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner.Place collection calls and emails for past-due accounts, scheduling payment plans for necessary.Provide detailed history and input to assist with determination of what accounts should be placed on credit hold.Required Skills and Abilities:Exceptional customer service and communication skills.Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure.Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software programs.Ability to multitask while maintaining a strong attention to detail and accuracy.Knowledge of the AS400 or Softleon preferred.Education and Experience:1+ years' experience in warehouse, shipping functions, or accounting preferred.High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
