Objective:The Category Finance Manager will play a crucial role in driving profitable growth for our Kraft Heinz business. This individual will be responsible for providing financial leadership, analysis, and support to the category/marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Consumer Goods industry, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Activities/Deliverables:Financial Planning and Analysis:Develop and manage category-level financial plans, including budgets, forecasts, and financial models.Conduct financial analysis to assess category performance, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.Collaborate in the IBP process.Pricing and Promotion Strategy:Collaborate with Category/Marketing and RGM teams to develop pricing and promotion strategies that optimize profitability and market share.Analyze the impact of pricing and promotional activities on revenue, profit, and customer behavior.Cost Management:Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement initiatives to improve profitability.Monitor and control Brand/SKU margin.Business Partnering:Serve as a trusted business partner to the category team, providing financial insights and guidance.Support decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations.Ad-hoc Analysis:Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as needed to address specific business questions or challenges.Team Leadership:Manage a team of 3 direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members are motivated and engaged.Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.Skills/Competencies:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)Advanced knowledge of P&L Structure, Financial Mathematics, and Project Evaluation (NPV, payback, and TIR)Intermediate knowledge of AccountingIntermediate knowledge of Tax PrinciplesBachelor's Degree (postgraduate and/or MBA preferred)Advanced EnglishLocation: São Paulo - EldoradoKraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
