Located in one of the most important industrial and technological hubs in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, a reference company in the supply of materials for the metal-mechanical industry is looking for an Executive to assume the number one position in its structure, investing in professionalization and business continuity.
As aChief Executive Officer, you will be in charge of conducting the organizational strategic plan, establishing medium and long-term financial, economic and market objectives, aiming to maximize revenue. Its role will be fundamental in the implementation of corporate governance and the dissemination of culture and best management practices, stimulating innovation in processes, products and technologies, as well as the development of key leadership.
Main responsibilities:


Establish long-term strategic and financial planning, identifying growth opportunities, target markets and priorities for actions;


Responsible for investments and allocation of financial resources based on business expansion plans, ensuring that the company operates within budget and expected profit margins;


Ensure that corporate policies and governance are developed and implemented effectively across the organization;


Identify and manage risks that may affect the brand's performance and reputation, including financial, operational, legal and socio-environmental risks;


Represent the company before investors and strategic clients, communicating financial results, strategies and challenges;


Stimulate innovation and the use of new technologies in operations, encouraging the development of new products and processes that can improve the company's competitiveness;


Foster corporate culture, promoting values, ethics and expected behaviors that support a productive and positive environment.


Requirements:


Solid experience in senior executive or financial management positions in companies in the industrial sector;


Proven cases of implementation of best management or corporate governance practices;


Knowledge in implementing budgeting methodologies, preferably GMD;


Advanced English will be an advantage;


Availability to live in Caxias do Sul/RS.
