About the Position
Are you driven by the belief that business processes can always be improved? If so, Mouts has an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for a Change Management Process Specialist in SUPPLY, to join our Global Technology team, working with one of our key clients. This role is focused on supporting change management for process changes from an end-to-end perspective, including training support, access management, and being the expert in understanding new system functionalities.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Identify, lead, and monitor actions related to process impacts within SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and the business.
- Create training materials collaboratively with SMEs and conduct hands-on training.
- Lead sessions with ambassadors and/or train the trainers.
- Assist in mapping business activities and technical cutover.
- Understand system functionalities and resolve business challenges adapting to the new system.
- Assist in mapping roles and profiles (User Access Management).
- Contribute to the Communication & Engagement Plan.
- Support the hypercare team in resolving incidents related to processes under your responsibility.
- Uphold the integrity of the Project template, advocating for mínimal deviation from the standard template.
- Ensure smooth transitions of processes to business-as-usual operations.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Experience with project methodologies (Agile and Traditional).
- Skills in developing training materials using various tools.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of SAP (preferably S/4 - SD).
- Technical understanding of business processes in SUPPLY.
- Knowledge in process design.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
