JOB DESCRIPTION: The Client Image Support Analyst is responsible for the digitization of the images received through various platforms, such as Mobile Apps, API, Installed Cameras, and Robots.
The primary objective is to ensure high data quality, catering to both client requirements and the needs of our Computer Vision developers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting: Work with large Excel databases and extract reports.
Quality: Monitor and enhance the quality of the image recognition system.
Support: Assist in the delivery of projects, global processes, and clients' requests.
Management: Manage image databases to ensure accurate implementation of details Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for any recognition related issue.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions Strong attention to detail to ensure data quality and accuracy Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Ability to maintain a professional and helpful demeanor in client interactions Ability to effectively coordinate with clients, field teams, and internal departments Strong coordination and communication skills are essential PREFERRED OR NICE TO HAVE: Familiarity with database management and data extraction techniques Ability to analyze large datasets and generate meaningful insights Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Experience in providing support and addressing client inquiries.
