Role Overview
This is a newly created role reporting to our LATAM Clinical Innovations Leaders. You will support the development of LATAM clinical area processes by assisting with tasks assigned by the regional clinical innovation leaders and contributing ideas to optimize activities to achieve the established objectives. Responsibilities
The main objective of the Clinical Intern is to support the activities assigned by the regional clinical innovation leaders, participating in the process of analysis and generating proposals to achieve the area's objectives.
- Participate in creating new materials for the area, contributing and developing ideas to produce high-quality instructions, manuals, brochures, etc., on specific processes.
- Support healthcare professionals (HCPs) in resolving simple technical problems within their capacity or direct them to the appropriate areas when necessary.
- Provide support needed for relevant new projects in the clinical field.
- Assist in the planning and execution of clinical events and communication.
Additional responsibilities might include:
1. Create graphic materials such as instructions guides, problem-solving documents, and others in alignment with the proposed objectives.
2. Support the clinical innovation leaders in activities delegated to him/her, particularly those related to internal processes.
3. Support ResMed technology users in resolving simple technical issues.
4. Participate in the continuous improvement process of the clinical area, contributing ideas, knowledge, and experience to achieve the expected results.
Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience:
- Students of marketing, Health Sciences, and related courses that involve creativity, design, communication, or healthcare technology ((penultimate year of graduation).
- Experience in graphic design, marketing, or related fields are beneficial.
- Regular knowledge of software artwork design tools. Additional technical skills are beneficial.
- Effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and flexible.
- Availability to work in a hybrid format (office and home office)
Preferred:
- Basic communication skills in Spanish and English.
