Job Description:
The Product Owner's primary goal is to maximize the value delivered by the product to the customers and stakeholders. This involves modernizing in-place infrastructure, understanding the needs and desires of the Cloud CoE customers and stakeholders, defining the product's features and requirements, and prioritizing the work of the product team. This position is focused on Azure Cloud Platform and Security.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor of sciences degree or equivalent in engineering filed/IT/Computer Science/Management.
5+ Years' experience within IT (Application or Technology).
Experience deploying and customizing security tools for Cloud environment such as vulnerability scanners, static analyzers, CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management), firewalls, and endpoint security monitoring.
Knowledge of Azure Cloud networking and web protocols.
Knowledge of Azure modern components and deployment patterns (CI/CD, IaC).
In-depth knowledge of Azure Policies and Platform definition.
Experience with Governance, Risk and Audit and Security Standards.
In-depth knowledge of cloud security architecture, best practices, and frameworks (e.g., NIST, CSA, CIS).
Proven leadership and influencing experience through interaction with key stakeholders.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Conduct regular security assessments, including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and cloud configuration reviews.
Continuous Improvement and platform automation techniques.
Lead cloud engineering teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of cloud-based products or services related to policies, identity and access management, vulnerability assessment and remediation.
Participate in audit processes (internal and external) representing Cloud CoE team.
Participate in Cloud Architecture Review Boards (ARB) for KPI, SLA/O definition.
Collaborate with CoE teams to define KPIs and SLAs that measure and analyze product performance metrics to effect product changes and identify areas for improvement.
Through proper backlog management, drive the launch of new product features, ensuring smooth adoption and gathering user feedback for continuous improvement.
Be a cloud ambassador by providing guidance and direction to Cloud CoE customers on cloud adoption.
Stay up to date with cloud technologies, best practices, and emerging trends to provide insights and guidance on product strategy.
Contribute to root cause analysis and major incident reviews as required.
Ensure critical incident mitigation plans provided by strategic partners are incorporated into product enhancement release cycles.
Development and publication of product documentation for Knowledge Bases and Standard Operating Procedures based upon established standards.
Oversee the service delivery through external partners related to the product.
