The Commercial Management and Value Solutions (CMVS) department is essential in driving growth, optimizing sales operations, and developing innovative financial strategies.
It focuses mainly on three key areas: 1.
Sales Governance and Operations: Manages and improves sales processes, ensuring alignment across global and regional teams.
It also handles offer validation and integrity to secure the expected profitability.

Value Engineering: The team collaborates across all relevant departments to maximize value for each project in LATAM, including financial modelling 3.
Value Solutions: Close collaboration with financial institutions ecosystem to bring awareness of the wind industry as well as developing strategic partnerships , also to the benefit of our clients Responsibilities: Gate Process Assistance: Support the gate process by managing agendas, coordinating with sales engineers, and handling operational tasks such as meeting invitations and document management.
Sales Offer Validation: Analyze offers and pre-calculations, reviewing key figures such as raw material costs, inflation indexation, payment schedules, and cost consistency.
Sales Support File Updates: Coordinate with the Finance team to align and update Tower cost figures, Hedge/FXRV data, and price adjustments, sharing these updates with the Sales team.
Monthly Lock Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and system integrity, making necessary adjustments and recommendations.
Demand Forecast/Budget Support: Work closely with Sales on the quarterly Demand Forecast preparation, analyzing figures and ensuring consistency across historical data.
Salesforce Support: Serve as the regional Salesforce focal point, assisting users with issues, proposing improvements, and escalating errors for resolution.
Sales Call Management: Document meeting minutes (MoM) and maintain secure records in restricted-access folders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics Minimum of 2 years in an analytical role, preferably in Finance, Controlling, or Sales Analytics.
Experience in Consulting firms welcomed!
