MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, monitor, maintain, and evaluate the results of the sales team s work; Present realistic sales, revenue, expense, and forecast reports for the Annual Budget; Develop Action Plans for the Annual Budget and for the sales team to act on; Build and promote strong and lasting relationships with customers through partnerships and business prospecting; Identify emerging markets and scenario changes, as well as monitor competition; Establish and adjust sales prices considering costs, competition, supply and demand; Work on the Pricing system creating Dynamic Rates according to Occupancy X Advance Purchase; Maintain product mix, volume, and sales price, and monitor supply and demand levels, economic indicators, trends, and competition; Use digital platforms to execute sales strategies; control results in advance; analyze metrics for possible adjustments to strategies; Understand the operation of the E-Commerce platform: Reservation Engine, essential for Direct Sales (B2C) - without a middleman or distributor; Form partnerships for the development of sales campaigns; Develop, together with the responsible Marketing area, strategies to create Marketing Campaigns; Develop and manage sector indicators, identifying improvement opportunities; Create and revise procedures; Manage cost control.
