Communications Assistant

Position: Communications AssistantService Dimension: Internal Communications / Corporate Communications / Events / ContentMain Activities:Internal Communications: Support in the execution of the Internal Communication actions, programs, and campaigns; keep the internal channels updated; interface with internal clients (e.g., HSE, HR, IT, Admin); support internal communication actions related to volunteer activities.Corporate Communications and Events: Support in the execution of Corporate Communications external actions and events; assist in the creation and update of the affiliate's institutional materials (brochures, films, presentations) and update external digital channels.Content: Support in content elaboration and writing for internal channels and institutional materials.Control: Support in updating the area's control spreadsheets, such as event participation and sponsorship.Context and Environment: The activities are performed in a multifunctional context, subject to changes according to internal and external environments, and in constant alignment with internal and headquarters networks.Accountabilities:Maintain a strong relationship with internal clients.Brief communications agencies related to internal or external communication initiatives.Maintain a close and politically aware relationship with all internal stakeholders.Required Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in communications.Up to 1 year of experience.Advanced proficiency in English – oral and written.Multitask, initiative, creativity, adaptability, and dynamism.
