**Your Mission**
- We are looking for a Community Relations Agent to join the Customer Support team at BlaBlaCar. Its mission is to provide world class support to all our members: passengers and drivers, while working on high impact projects. As a Community Relations Agent, you will be reporting to our Associate Manager - Brazil.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Providing users with guidance and support through various channels (tickets, chat &phone) at high-quality level (we offer a 100% response service) in a timely manner
- Moderating member profiles and their content (vehicle pictures, trips, etc.)
- Overseeing the overall activity on our social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and maintaining dynamics within the Brazilian and Mexican community
- Gathering members' feedback and communicating it to the Tech Team
- Improving the overall member experience
**Your qualifications**:
- You have a previous experience in customer service (at least 1 year)
- You have excellent communication and active listening skills and have a willingness to help others
- You have a strong knowledge of the internet ecosystem and know how to use MS Excel / Google Sheets at an intermediate / advanced level
- You have a full working proficiency in English and Portuguese (Please send your CV in English)
