The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, is a master of the compliance plus content available to our customers and is knowledgeable on the best practices for implementing compliance training programs within the Latin American market. This role will conduct research, develop documentation and support the revenue teams with answering customer questions about compliance content through email, phone, and video calls.
Responsibilities: Perform market analysis for compliance content and products related to compliance training to be reported on a quarterly basis to courseware and marketing teams. Perform reviews of new content each month and updates to recommended training content documentation for US and international clients. Review and communicate top used and rated modules as well as best practices for implementing large scale learning plans using KnowBe4's Compliance Plus content. Make recommendations on policies and procedures. Review quarterly customer feedback with regard to topics and quality of content from users including requests for new topics and communicate this back to the publishers to help inform roadmaps. Provide training and guidance to KnowBe4 staff/contractors who produce content in other languages and/or are localizing content. Think globally and stay attuned with compliance law updates and cultural expectations of content globally as well as translations available for customers. Contribute to continual improvement of our processes, quality and efficiency as we grow. Provide direction and recommendations for internal compliance training initiatives. Review marketing materials and provide direction and recommendations for content and copy. Consult on processes and procedures related to maintenance of compliance content to help ensure it is up-to-date with current law. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Law/Paralegal, or related field/experience. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Experience with compliance training a plus. Experience working in a compliance department a plus. Experience with development and updating documentation. Experience advising clients on learning plans. Experience with translations a plus. Experience with project management software. Experience with Gmail and Google Docs. Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel). Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.). Strong verbal and written communications. Fluent in Spanish and English. Excellent time management and organization skills. Strong active listening skills. Excellent customer service and needs analysis skills.
