**Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications**
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in luxury hospitality or related fields, with a track record of delivering high-quality customer service **(MANDATORY)**:
- Advanced English proficiency **is mandatory, **with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Hospitality Management (or related field) is highly deseirable, reflecting a foundational understanding of industry standards and practices.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate and utilize various digital tools and platforms to enhance customer experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of clients and the business, ensuring the highest level of service is maintained at all times.
