CONTAINER FLOW JR ANALYSTResponsabilitiesMonitor the repositioning of empty containers between ports in the region to ensure a balanced stock level;Instruct agents/countries in the region on the empty repositioning plan;Optimal stock organization and equipment flow at each location;Establish a connection with local Container Flow, MNR, and Marketing teams to ensure container demand is met;Analyze and update CF area systems and reports;Participate in regular meetings with headquarters and Latin American countries;Strict control and monitoring of empty units parked for many days in the region;Carry out activities within the previously agreed business hours, ensuring the efficiency of time management. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Comex or Marketing;Fluent English;Intermediate Spanish (desired);Knowledge in Shipping / Marketing and Pricing;Intermediate Excel/Google sheets;Able to handle various tasks in non-routine areas to deliver expected results (at current level and scope);Initiative to identify and solve challenging problems, continually assessing alternatives to provide innovative solutions;Ability to identify complex issues and analyze details, comparing aspects of the situation and finding the root/source of the problem, not just the symptoms;Knowing how to prioritize activities, planning, and organizing tasks appropriately.
