We have experienced tremendous growth across Asia and now aim to bring our best-in-class technology to the rest of the world.Due to the rapid expansion of our business in Brazil, we are seeking a Quality and Fraud Prevention Coordinator to help us strengthen the DriverOps team.Main responsibilities: Development and Implementation of Quality Policies: Create, review, and implement quality policies and procedures, ensuring all operations comply with established standards.Monitoring and Analyzing Quality Indicators: Establish KPIs and metrics to assess service quality and identify continuous improvement opportunities.Fraud Prevention Management: Develop and implement strategies to identify and mitigate fraud risks, monitor suspicious activities, and conduct internal investigations when necessary.Team Training and Development: Coordinate training programs for operational teams and drivers, focusing on best practices, safety, and compliance with fraud prevention policies.Collaboration with Internal Departments: Work closely with operations, customer service, IT, and legal teams to ensure effective implementation of quality and fraud prevention policies and to resolve identified issues.What will you need?
