The 8Agency is an independent B2B digital marketing agency serving leading technology companies around the globe.Position Overview:We are looking for a creative and talented Copywriter to join our content team, with 100% allocation at one of our largest clients, working in an in-house model, allocated at our client's office (hybrid model). It is important to have a strong storytelling ability, excellent command of the Portuguese language, and the ability to create engaging and effective content that communicates messages clearly and inspiringly. Experience in internal communication is very welcome.Responsibilities:Develop content for various internal communication channels, including emails, newsletters, intranet, announcements, video scripts, speeches, and presentations.Collaborate with marketing area, and other departments to understand communication needs and produce texts that meet these objectives.Maintain consistency of the company's tone of voice and style across all internal communication materials.Review and edit texts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and suitability for the internal audience.Create internal communication campaigns that motivate and engage employees.Participate in meetings and contribute creative ideas for internal communication strategies.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within established deadlines.Requirements:Degree in Communication or related field. Or experience in the area.Proven experience of 2 to 5 years as a copywriter. Experience in internal communication is a plus.Excellent writing skills and command of the Portuguese language.Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and channels.Portfolio demonstrating writing skills and creativity.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Effective communication skills to interact with different departments and hierarchical levels within the agency and the client.Proactivity and ability to solve problems creatively.Intermediate English.
