We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) in Brazil.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, building a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth from the ground up.Key Responsibilities:1.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:- Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and market opportunities.- Develop a strategic sales plan targeting key market segments and customers to achieve sales targets and expand market share.2.
Sales Execution:- Identify and establish relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.- Drive business development initiatives to generate leads, present product solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services to customers.3.
Team Building and Leadership:- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.- Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.4.
Customer Relationship Management:- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues promptly.5.
Sales Performance Monitoring:- Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Adjust sales strategies and tactics as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Qualifications:- Experience:- Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience in the Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) industry or related construction equipment.- Proven track record of success in sales management and achieving sales targets.- Experience in building and leading sales teams.- Skills:- Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.- Strong understanding of the AWP industry, including key competitors and market dynamics.- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.- Education:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
A Master's degree is a plus.
