**Job Overview**:
**Customer Success Specialist**:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote new products and promotions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Onboarding**:
- Guide users through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Provide detailed information about Sofia Health's features and offerings to new users.
- Proactively engage with users to understand their needs and preferences.
**Customer Support**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve escalated customer concerns.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Develop a deep understanding of Sofia Health's platform, features, and benefits.
- Stay informed about industry trends, health and wellness practices, and updates to the platform.
- Educate customers on how to maximize the value of Sofia Health's services.
**User Engagement**:
- Proactively reach out to users to gather feedback and understand their evolving needs.
- Encourage user participation in community forums and other engagement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.
**Documentation and Training**:
- Contribute to the development of user guides, FAQs, and other educational materials.
- Conduct training sessions for users to maximize their utilization of Sofia Health's platform.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Health Sciences, Business, Communications).
- Proven experience in customer support or success roles, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with health and wellness practices and terminology is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software. Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for health and wellness is desirable.
- Work in 100% English
