Join us to make your contribution.As a Cybersecurity Operations Analyst 1, you will be a member of the Security Operations Center (SOC), responsible for monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to security events and incidents. You will work with a team of skilled analysts and use a variety of cybersecurity tools to safeguard our organization's information assets. This role is ideal for those passionate about cybersecurity with hands-on experience in threat detection and incident response.Your ImpactMonitor Security Events: Continuously monitor security alerts and events using SIEM and other tools to detect potential security threats.Incident Response: Assist in the initial triage, analysis, and escalation of security incidents. Provide accurate incident documentation and reporting.Security Documentation: Maintain incident logs, security reports, and documentation of processes and procedures.Investigate Alerts: Review security alerts and gather relevant data for investigation. Analyze indicators of compromise (IOCs) and determine if alerts represent true security events.Security Tools: Assist with the operation and maintenance of SOC tools such as endpoint protection systems, email security, and SIEM/SOAR platforms.Your Experience and QualificationsComplete bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).English on Advanced or Fluent level is mandatory.Cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified SOC Analyst (CSA), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) or similar are a plus.Familiarity with common cybersecurity concepts and tools such as SIEMs, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and EDR/XDR systems.Familiarity with scripting (Powershell, Python, Bash, etc.) is a plus.
