Our training program helps non-engineering tech professionals (product managers) and teams become technically literate in just 5 weeks, without learning to code, thereby making technology and software more accessible and relevant to their roles.Job Summary:As a Marketing and Growth Strategist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact. Your responsibilities will not only include identifying and securing partnerships and sponsorships but also designing and implementing targeted sales strategies. Additionally, your role involves bolstering our social media presence and managing content calendars.Responsibilities:Partnerships:Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners and sponsors, utilizing cold emailing and other business development strategies.Engage with companies for sponsorship opportunities, presenting the value and reach of our newsletters and workshops.Collaborate with influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc., for content creation opportunities, negotiating terms for affiliate marketing or one-time payment arrangements.Sales:Develop and execute a sales process tailored to automatically finding and engaging Chief Technology Officers & Chief Product Officers on LinkedIn, inquiring about their training needs.Craft personalized pitches to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and unique offerings of our training programs.Social Media Management (SMM):Assist in the growth of our social media channels through strategic marketing and content posting.Manage the content calendar, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our marketing objectives and audience interests.Requirements:Must-Haves:Proven experience in marketing and partnership or a similar role.Expertise in crafting marketing copy for websites and social media, along with graphic design skills.Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential partners and clients.Innovative and proactive approach to business development and sales strategies.Familiarity with LinkedIn sales techniques and tools for identifying and reaching out to key decision-makers.Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a high degree of organization and self-motivation.Nice-To-Haves:Experience in Media Sales or as an Account Executive is a plus.
