The global early career team directly supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection and program management of graduate, Interns, apprenticeship and MBA Hires.
Key responsibilities:
Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition delivery of the LATAM analyst and Internships programs for specific business areas.
Partner with internal business stakeholders on executing and delivering the early career talent acquisition strategy.
Act as a credible business expert on early career market trends.
Ensure best practice and fully compliant recruitment processes are followed.
Keep the candidate tracking system and candidate pipeline updated on a day to day basis.
Plan and host interview days, super days and other relevant selection/offer events.
Attend and lead the super days wash up sessions with the relevant business stakeholders.
Support candidate engagement activity.
Produce candidate data for both the business and early career colleagues.
Ensure all Citi applicants receive an excellent candidate experience during their application journey.
Review and innovate processes and procedures when identified to improve efficiency.
Assist if required in any additional diversity events and on program events.
Involvement with Early Careers marketing projects if required.
Be involved with early career global projects and initiatives.
Program Management
Support the management of a specific group of Citi's analyst and local intern populations.
Responsible for organising and executing effective rotations and placements within the specific business areas to ensure that both individual development needs and business needs are met.
Close partnership with the global product leads on the structure and development of the programs.
Work with Early Career Learning team on execution of training programs.
Responsible for initiating, monitoring and overseeing the performance management process for program participants.
Support the mid and long term career development of the early career populations by providing career coaching.
Partner with the global program leads, HR Generalists/Advisors and compensation teams to complete the year-end performance management and compensation process for program participants.
Support talent acquisition team regionally and globally on development project initiatives.
Knowledge / Experience:
Recruitment experience required ideally within a graduate recruitment function or agency.
Understanding of the banking industry and culture an advantage.
Experience of managing multiple client stakeholders.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Spanish is a plus.
