Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, particularly in increasing social media presence, follower count, and online sales. Experience in the snacks or direct-to-consumer industry in the United States is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Develop and execute strategies to increase social media followers and engagement on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Customer Loyalty: Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors to manage website content and SEO.
Reporting: Deliver weekly reports to executives, presenting strategic ideas and marketing data.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Trend Analysis: Keep up with industry trends and conduct research to inform marketing strategies.
Community Building: Build and nurture a community around the brand through engaging content and interactions.
Email and SMS Campaigns: Launch and manage email and SMS campaigns, maintaining and growing the email and SMS lists.
Design Collaboration: Work with internal and external designers, utilizing tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
Brand Awareness: Develop and execute creative campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Marketing Calendar: Maintain a monthly marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of activities.
Website Traffic and Sales: Develop strategies to increase website visitors and online sales.
Metrics Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
Hands-On Work: Engage directly in the execution of marketing tasks, demonstrating a hands-on approach.
Qualifications: - 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of increasing social media followers and online sales.
- Experience with snacks brands or direct-to-consumer brands in the United States.
- Expertise in managing and growing social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Strong understanding of SEO and website management.
- Excellent data analysis skills and ability to present marketing data to executives.
- Proficiency in launching and managing email and SMS campaigns.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work 9-6 EST, Monday to Friday.
