Our AI Coordinator answers prospective patient questions based on the clinical trial documentation, schedules appointments, collects patient information, runs pre-qualification questionnaires, and assists with patient onboarding.
We are already working with some of the largest US clinical research site networks.
We are also an official partner of CRIO, a top-2 US clinical trial management system.
You will work closely with the company founder (with a prior $4B healthcare technology exit, a Y Combinator founder, a Stanford PhD, a 3x Silicon Valley CTO) on scaling the product to thousands of clinical trials.
You will be a hands-on leader supporting our engineering team, driving technical direction, and contributing to project management and requirements gathering.
Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of 4 engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment Hire new engineers to grow the team Provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring the team follows best practices and delivers high-quality, maintainable code Work closely with our team and customers to gather and refine requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications Define and own project scope, timelines, and deliverables Oversee the development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with quality Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges, proposing solutions and alternatives when necessary Contribute to the overall technical strategy and architecture of the company's products and services See how much genAI can code for us!
Requirements: A desire to make a positive impact in people's health and wellbeing.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
We want you to either already have a proven track record of managing and growing engineering teams or be confident that you can grow with the job.
Strong experience as a python product engineer working in the cloud.
Hands-on AWS and/or DevOps experience is a big plus.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
