The company participates in the entire project development process, supporting its clients and offering very flexible financial solutions that allow them to optimally plan the economic structuring for the project.With headquarters in Spain and subsidiaries in the USA, Colombia, Brazil and Romania, Diverxia combines experience, long-term commitment and steady growth, generating a significant added value for the projects in which the company takes part.Main responsibilitiesParticipate in the analysis of environmental conditions that may affect or viabilise the development of solar energy projects in Brazil in Centralized Generation (GC) and as well as in Transmision/Distribution lines.Lead all the environmental and social permitting related to the development of energetic projects, principally in Solar PV and Transmission/Distribution lines.Lead, participate and coordinate third parties in the development of environmental permits as Preliminary License, Installation License, Operation License, ASV (Vegetation suppression authorization), Archaeology, Social Plans and others.Ensure the achievement of the Ready-To-Build status of the projects in a timely manner.Participate in meetings with third parties related to overlaps with other licensed projects (Energetic, Agro-environmental, Mining, Oil & Gas and others).Lead, participate and coordinate third parties in the development of environmental due diligence.Identify the environmental restrictions of the prospected areas and propose solutions to make the projects viable.Support in project portfolio management.Carry out the mapping of environmental licensing processes, identifying the risks, execution time, environmental compensations, and costs involved.Carry out technical analysis and monitoring of studies prepared by third parties.RequirementsProfessional in Environmental engineering, Forest engineering or related careers, with Specialization in an environmental area or related to infrastructure project management.Know the environmental hierarchical structure in Brazil and maintain relationships with different local and national authorities.General experience of 5 years since the obtention of the Professional Diploma.Minimum 3 years of specific experience as an environmental specialist for the development and permitting of utility scale photovoltaic projects (GC) and Transmission/Distribution lines.Proven experience in the development process and permitting photovoltaic plants (GC) is essential
