You will oversee a monthly advertising budget of $100,000 and manage 30-50 campaigns each month, ensuring we achieve optimal return on ad spend (ROAS) and drive brand awareness. Responsibilities: Develop and execute Facebook advertising strategies that align with the brand's marketing objectives. Manage and allocate a monthly budget of $100,000 across multiple campaigns effectively. Create, monitor, and optimize 30-50 Facebook ad campaigns monthly, focusing on driving sales and engagement. Analyze performance data to enhance ROAS and overall campaign effectiveness. Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing ad creatives and target audiences. Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising, particularly in the cosmetics industry. Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad content that resonates with the target audience. Provide detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns with a minimum budget of $100,000 per month, ideally within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
