Facilities CoordinatorLocation: Rio de JaneiroDescriptionThe Facilities Coordinator position provides support to the Head of Facilities while ensuring the successful completion of Facilities Work Orders in a timely manner. This position will also assist in the execution of construction and remodeling projects.Responsible for:Work with Facilities Vendors assuring services are executed according to Service Agreements.Create and assign work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.Communicate work orders to technicians and assist management in resolving issues.Assist with the oversight of subcontractor management of soft services related to Facilities i.e., landscaping, waste management, janitorial, pest control, document shredding, micro market, etc.Assist with the oversight of subcontractor management of hard services related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC.Provide support and guidance to Reception and Lobby operations, as well as serve as backup to the Receptionist position during vacation, PTO, and lunch breaks.Respond to work order requests via online work order system.Assist with managing space allocation and office signage.Be responsible for executing projects as dictated by the Head of Facilities.Provide assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers. Assist with coordinating work and assigning tasks.RequirementsGraduation in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related areas.Previous background in Facilities activities.Basic English.Great organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, keeping track of multiple projects, employee concerns/complaints.Must have strong interpersonal skills to work with building management and managers.Work independently without direct supervision.Very team-oriented.TYPE OF CONTRACT: PJLOCATION: Vargem Pequena - Rio de Janeiro.Availability to work at the office 5x per week during business hours (Monday to Friday).Our OfferThe function enables you to become part of the ambitious and growing organization that serves the Oil and Gas industry with state-of-the-art technologies.
