Key Responsibilities:Regional Financial Leadership: Oversee the financial management of our operations in Brazil, Chile, Mexico, and Colombia, ensuring alignment with global financial strategies.Accounting Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure the compliance, timeliness, and accuracy of financial statements for our subsidiaries.Financial Analysis and Forecasting: Provide robust financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support data-driven decision-making.Risk Management: Enhance our subsidiary financial systems and processes to mitigate financial risks and ensure effective oversight of their implementation.Tax Management: Manage tax compliance and planning for our subsidiaries, optimizing our tax strategy.Financial IT Development: Promote and drive the advancement of financial information technology within our subsidiaries.Team Management: Lead and develop the financial teams across our Latin American subsidiaries.Strategic Execution: Execute on other strategic matters as directed by headquarters and regional leadership. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related management fields.Experience: Over 8 years of financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Preference for candidates with overseas financial management experience.Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in data processing, financial analysis, and business analysis.Language: Fluent in Chinese and fluency in English, with the ability to use it as a working language.Professional Qualifications: Knowledge of corporate accounting standards and relevant certifications such as AICPA, CICPA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred.Work Ethic: A strong work ethic, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.Travel: Willingness and ability to adapt to long-term overseas business travel and potential expatriate assignments.
