Finance Manager

We're a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for a Finance Manager for an FMCG company based in Colombo.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the financial operations of the company including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
Manage the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Lead the finance team providing guidance mentorship and professional development.
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Ensure effective cash flow management and monitor the company's financial performance.
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Manage relationships with banks financial institutions and investors.
Assist in strategic planning and decisionmaking processes.
Monitor and manage risk ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (Master's or professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA is a plus).
Minimum of 03 years of experience in a finance management role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and financial analysis.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to work in a teamoriented environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
