Financial Analyst

The Position: The Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for controlling and organizing all accounts receivable from Brazil and Hong Kong, ensuring accurate collections and maintaining the routines and keeping systems updated, creating relationship with our customers, handling the charges and negotiation, analyzing data to predict and calculate indicators in order to assist the board in planning and business decisions. This person will have close contact with Sales team, Customers, and our colleagues from HQ (China). Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for accounts receivable routinesManage boleto operation with the bankHandle the charging process and negotiations with customersControl the charging toolsAssist in developing new processes, improvements and implementing new toolsSupport to HQ demandsSupport to Accountancy demands regarding monthly closing Education and Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Office 365 (Excel advanced)Intermediate language skill in EnglishTOTVS knowledge is desirable CompetenciesExcellent communication skillsAbility to negotiate with customersAttention to detailsSolid data organization skillsResults-oriented with excellent critical problem-solving skills Work Location and Status:Vila Olímpia - São Paulo/SPAvailability to travels.
