This unique property offers 109 rooms, a restaurant & bar, spa & wellness facilities, private beach and entertainment areas.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Successful management of a five-star family resort in the region of Balaton, Szántód, operated under Mövenpick brand via Hotel Management Agreement.Strengthen the hotel's market position and set Accor's footprint in the Balaton region.Plan and manage the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, talents, corporate, owner) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.QualificationsAt least 5 years' experience in Hotel General Manager positionPremium / Luxury experienceStrong operational backgroundOutstanding sales acumen, commercial mindsetResort experience is a competitive advantageFluency in English languageHungarian language knowledge is a competitive advantageAbility to manage relationship with owner and manager in the frame of Hotel Management AgreementLeadership, autonomyService and quality minded characterExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to create positive, effective and sustainable working relationships at all levelsAdditional InformationExciting and challenging job, operation of a five-star hotel and family parkOpportunity to gain experience in a multinational environmentCareer development in the worldwide Accor networkPackage of benefits and perks of working for AccorPlease apply with English CV and submit your answers to the screening questions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
