This professional must ensure that all materials developed comply with company standards and accessibility guidelines, collaborating with instructional design and educational content teams to create visual materials that support learning and information retention.Main Activities:Develop graphic and multimedia materials for corporate training.Collaborate with instructional design and educational content teams to create visual materials that support learning and information retention.Ensure that all materials developed comply with visual identity, internal standards and accessibility guidelines, making content accessible to all audiences.Use tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise to develop e-learning content.Develop layouts, graphics, animations and other visual elements using the Adobe Package (Adobe Creative Cloud), in particular: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere.Create PowerPoint presentations with an advanced level of design and interactivity.Upload files to the internal system.Ensure delivery on time and in accordance with the client's requirements.QualificationsDegree in Design, Marketing, Advertising or related areas.Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in dynamic, fast-paced environments - portfolio required.Knowledge of visual communication techniques that support learning will be considered a plus.Knowledge of accessible design practices and compliance with accessibility standards will be considered a plus.Proficiency in Adobe Package tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating impactful presentations.Experience with the Articulate Storyline / Rise e-learning tool desirable.Ability to plan and organize, meeting strict deadlines.GP Strategies is committed and proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
