We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Growth Product. We are looking for someone who has experience as a growth product manager or as a product manager with a focus on commercial or adoption metrics (e.g., user acquisition). This person will be responsible for leading a core team of growth marketers, engineers, designers, and copywriters, all working together on a day-to-day basis to identify potential avenues for growth and executing on them. This may take the form of improving the end-to-end user experience, creating landing pages, designing and/or redesigning user journeys, optimizing site navigation, SEO optimization, among other initiatives.
What You Will Do: Contribute significantly to strategy, managing internal stakeholders, and helping to nurture a strong product management culture in the organization.Execute on the roadmap - own the lifecycle from ideation and conception to evaluation and conclusion, performing, driving, or facilitating all necessary activities such as business analysis, engineering tasks, quantitative and/or qualitative research, experiment design, etc.Contribute to the creation of the growth product roadmap by identifying and suggesting initiatives from quantitative and qualitative research.Ensure high effectiveness and alignment within the growth product teams through communication, and continual examination of our processes and rituals, suggesting and designing improvements.Help to create and nurture a positive and fun culture with a fully distributed team.Here's what we are looking for: Experience working in an agile product or growth product squad as a product manager or growth product manager on a customer-facing product (or website).Strong quantitative skills, including knowledge of web analytics tools.Foundational knowledge of growth marketing channels, such as SEO and Google Ads.Exceptional attention to detail and high thresholds for quality.Deeply curious, highly empathetic, and organized.Excellent interpersonal skills - written and verbal - and a natural collaborator and unifier.Experience in B2B businesses.The ability to wireframe or sketch ideas using design and whiteboard tools.Advanced English level.Familiarity with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress.Experience with SQL and/or Tableau.Experience working with distributed teams.Worked on lead generation.How we make your work (and your life) easier: 100% remote work (from anywhere).Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred.Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.Flexible hours: create your own schedule.Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.Join a global team where your unique talents can truly thrive!
