Address guests by name whenever possibleHandle guests requests promptly, report complaints and irregularities to the Telephone SupervisorStrictly abide by standards policies and procedures governing cases of emergency such as fire, bomb scare and other critical situationsAbide by principles of guest privacyBe aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbersAdvise defects on switchboard equipment to SupervisorMaintain a clean work environmentQualificationsDiploma in Tourism / Hospitality ManagementMinimum 1 year of relevant experienceExcellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English languageAbility to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantageService oriented with an eye for detailsSelf-motivated and energeticMust be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
