**YOUR IMPACT**
As a Head of Revenue Management, you will lead finance capital allocation internal and external process thought the actual demand management process making sure the return over projects are captured as approval process required and potential M&A activities. Also you will be responsible for leading main ceremonies like Capital Allocation Committee, making sure Merchant as a global company is allocating properly capital based on strategy and returns, Product Committee, presenting P&L by product and Business Cases Monitoring, Commercial Operating Committee, making sure for big deals return follows common methodology among countries and verticals, and helping organization with insightful takeaways and reporting main findings to Santander Group into Alexandria tool and the main finance reports required by the oversight needed from Santander.
**You will work on different fronts;**
- Continuous exercise to assess and monitor the value of the strategies. The value assigned to a strategy and the connected projects changes constantly and new information, useful for reassessing the value, comes is continuous flow from outside and inside of the company.- Rates of returns and strategies must go hand to hand.
- Always compare value to price;
- Redeploy capital;
- Cut losses;
- Eliminate capital cross subsidies;
- Metrics for the rates of return could be ROIC IRR, NPL, PAYBACK, LTV/CAC (TLV-CAC), ROE or Total Returns (compared to peers) or a combination of them. Cash Flows should be used as the basis for properly measurement of value creation.
- Acquire to complement.
- Adjust upwards investments in more promising high value / high growth opportunities than initially expected;
- Challenge sales growth and quality constantly, Defined Minimum return for global deals tracked on Commercial Operating forum, implemented common methodology among countries and verticals.
- Challenge the quality of the developed assets constantly and the development efficiency/synergies continuously. Oversight Business Plans for VAS and core capabilities in the platform and developing strategic long term and what-if scenario models based on the business needs.
- Translate the impact from complex transactions, products and VAS into financial.
- Decentralize end specialize the execution by product/segment.
- Look always prospectively, sunk costs must be disregarded.
- Project management and coordination with different Stakeholders.

- Lead and manage cross functional and cross boarder transactional projects.

- Creative problem solver analytical and financial perspective.
