The role
As HR Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in meeting the needs of the business areas. You will be the key point of contact for managers, assisting in people management processes and ensuring the application of people policies and practices that are in line with business needs and corporate assumptions.
What you will do:
Strategic partner for your areas, assisting in business challenges through personnel solutions. Collaborate with leaders and managers to understand recruitment, selection, training, and talent development needs. Develop and implement talent attraction and retention strategies. Collaborate and oversee integration processes, performance management, calibrations, and compensation cycle (analysis, merit, promotions). Support performance evaluation and feedback processes, identifying improvement and development opportunities. Support resolving workplace conflicts and issues, applying appropriate policies and procedures.
What you need to have:
Education: Administration, HR Management, Psychology, or related areas. A proven experience as HR Business Partner. Solid knowledge in Talent Acquisition, Performance Evaluation, Training and Development. Skills in Process and project management are mandatory. Soft skills: initiative, innovation, interpersonal relationships, influence, and customer focus. SAP and SuccessFactors knowledge are a plus. Advanced English, Spanish is a plus.
