What you will doAs a Human Resources Manager, you will:
Be an integral part of the factory management team, contributing to overall operations and decision-making.Ensure compliance with labor, health, and safety regulations where applicable.Assist managers in defining roles and coordinate with the Supply Chain Operations business partner; participate in the recruitment process for Blue Collar employees.Support HR Business Partners in driving local employee engagement initiatives, succession planning, and more.Oversee the quality and implementation of benefits, focusing on the Blue-Collar benefits package and any necessary adjustments.Facilitate the payroll process by ensuring accurate reporting, analysis, and legal compliance regarding overtime and shift hours.Lead Performance Management for Blue Collar employees.Address training needs based on Individual Development Plans and the factory's training plan.Drive Performance Management for Blue Collar employees in alignment with the Develop Management process, ensuring a balanced mix of team and individual objectives to support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) involvement and factory performance/KPIs.Act as the primary liaison with local government authorities, such as social security and the labor ministry.
