In the world of Red Bull, everyone is welcome.This role is responsible for proactively leading all aspects of tactical HR support for Mkt, Finance, Operations, Legal and IT managers and employees within Red Bull Brazil.The HRBP understands the business beyond the HR function and influences the overall organization to ensure superior operations and business outcomes, being partner directly with functional business teams and being proactive on working with managers to enable high performance. The HRBP will also support the National HR Manager on identifying and executing initiatives, in a strategic way, that will enable business performance through our HR Value chain (Select, Manage, Develop, Grow & Reward). Working as role model in terms of seniority, maturity level, leadership and strategic mindset for the other local HR functions.
