As a HSE specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Personally responsible for own safety and conducting ones self to the standards of Baker Hughes Policies and Procedures
- Coordinate with the Site Manager and HSE manager all HSE related matters
- Consult, advise and direct Assembling and testing Operations in matters relating to HSE
- Liaison with supplier in regards to all HSE matters
- Maintaining internal and external reporting according to established systems and current legislation
- Consultation with outside experts on HSE matters when required
- Participation in, and coordination of site HSE meetings
- Participate in Regulatory, supplier and Internal HSE audits, specially IOGP 577
- Lead site HSE committees, including Pressure Safety and Lifting
- Responsible for adherence to Baker Hughes guidelines
- Maintaining and updating yard evacuation plans, procedures and measures
- Provide information to Management on accidents/incidents in a timely manner according to established Baker Hughes procedures
- Monitor compliance against the project HSE schedule
- Coordinate walkarounds with site manager
- Oversee implementation of operational systems and procedures including but not be limited to: Permit to Work System, Lock-Out/Tag-Out System, Hazardous Chemical -MSDS, PPE System and lifting activities
- Monitor readiness/response to emergency situations through regularly held and documented drills
- Execution/Reviewing/Monitoring of required HSE inspection for supplier according to IOGP 577
- Heavy industry experience will set you apart from the crowd

- Bachelors' degree in Safety Engineering or related
- Field experience
- English is desirable, however, not mandatory
